I saw another small kamikaze ceremony in front of city center, they will supply something to fukushima,i guess.
We went to the Iwate prefectural office and I talked lots of people there. They have good a relationship with the military and they hae their head offices in the same building, I assume this is in order to exchange information immediately.
This is the first time I talked with general, which was pretty cool, because we barely have contact with the military in daily life in Japan. The general said the refugee situation will get better in 2 days in Iwate. Hope this is true.
There's a spot for local people to check the missing people... 4253 are still missing. They come and read every day every line carefully. It's a hard work to read such thick papers.
