There are 900 evacuees here and it was 2000 evacuees right after the Tsunami.
Their number is not going to decrease because literally they have nowhere else to go.
The doctor in Ishinomaki red cross hospital says that 50 people got contagious diseases because of the bad situation in evacuation, especially "Toilets".
Some people make a hole and poo inside or someone has a temporary toilet inside the room.
These evacuation center is actually located in the middle of a rubble area and there's no electricity, nor water.
They have food and blankets despite the bad conditions, but few human resources.
40% of the evacuation centers have a toilet problem and the doctor assumes it causes worse contagious diseases soon or later.
This photo shows a evacuation center about 1 km from the sea.

And only 4 or 5 volunteers support 230 evacuees.
No water, neither electricity.
They just held the graduation ceremony today.
Even though it's a very dirty evacuation center, they will have to leave because school starts soon or later.
Where are they going next?
And when can they have a hot bath in the future?
this is the video i filmed when we go into the worst evacuation center.

Talking about civilization: how vulnerable a society is when predominantly based on technological innovations. As I saw these images it was reminding me on one of the places of war.
